The article analyzes the logic and trajectory of the management and dissemination of Soviet propaganda campaign in Catalonia during the Spanish Civil War. The URSS Consulate in Barcelona and the soviet Society for Cultural Relationships Abroad in Moscow were combined with the Catalonia Government (Generalitat), and not with the Republican Government, to establish the three axis on which it was built around. The campaign showed a bidirectional relation between Moscow and Barcelona that undoubtedly made easier his incorporation into the big associative and cultural sector in the rearguard.
