During the Spanish Civil War, foreigners volunteered to fight along the Republican side as well as in the rebel Army. In the Franco´s side, no more than two thousand men came from abroad as volunteers, of which about 200 men from Latin America. The aim of this paper is to study these two hundred volunteers, their motivations and backgrounds, with special focus on its relations with the Falange and other right-wing groups in the Spanish during these years.
