Abstract

On January 26, 1915 died in Madrid Don Francisco Fernández Blanco and Sierra Pambley. His testamentary process produced a motivated by modifying the last will of Don Francisco, in the final moments of his life, with divergent provisions and heirs conflict. The legal and economic battle between beneficiary of the important heritage, took nearly nine years to resolve and it was a challenge for the survival of great personal project of Don Francisco, the Sierra Pambley Foundation. In addition, the case attracted the attention of the most prestigious jurists moment that accompanied his illustrious political status of various trend highlighting the relationships between elites in Spain in the early twentieth century.
